I scraped the bun against the box edge to lessen the mound of messy tartar and reassembled the sandwich correctly. Obviously it hadn't 'slipped' in the transport. The tartar sauce was way too much and well centered on the fish and bun, but the fish and cheese were barely half on the bun with the tartar just on one edge. She gave me the receipt and said "my name is xxx (withheld) so you can give me a good rating when you take the survey."Īs I drove away I opened it at the first stop light. I said yes and mentioned I had looked for one with the survey I had just done a coupe of days ago, but couldn't find it in the car (found it back home).
The supervisor who checked out my order asked if I wanted a receipt. I purchased a filet-o-fish sandwich to take to my car. I would bet the majority of those that cannot access the app are senior citizens looks a lot like age discrimination. You may think it a good marketing tactic to target people with better prices to use your app, but you need to consider what you are doing is separating people demographically for special treatment. Hint to McDonald's corporate: It is bad policy not to offer the same promotions to older customers that use flip phones. I had to ask her the same question again, as if no communication had taken place with her employee. The supervisor looked irritated she had to come over, but changed her expression to a smile when she saw me looking as she walked over. She said she didn't know and went to ask the apparent supervisor on duty. I asked the young woman if they had any of the buy one get another for a buck specials I see at.
I came in the lobby, thankfully posted 'now open' about 8:44 PM. I had a bad experience last night at this McDonald's location.
